23. Changes, Cancellation and Refunds

Requests to change or cancel a service must be submitted through WhatsApp or email.

Whether a service can be cancelled depends on its stage.

A customer may request cancellation before inspection, repacking or shipping begins. Refunds may be reduced by payment-processing fees or costs already incurred.

After warehouse work begins

Fees for completed inspection, photography, consolidation, repacking or other work are generally non-refundable.

After carrier handover

A shipment may not be cancellable after it has been handed to a freight forwarder, carrier or customs agent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent that it is lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written communication.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to a consumer in another jurisdiction, the courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services.

Nothing in this section removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

39. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

The revised version will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Terms applying to an existing confirmed order will generally be those accepted when that order was confirmed, unless:

40. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
